Do these terms cover Alibaba.com orders?
No. Orders placed and paid on Alibaba.com follow Alibaba.com's own terms. Alibaba's buyer guidance says Trade Assurance does not cover payments made outside the platform.

How do quotes work?
A quote is an offer based on the details you send: glove type, materials, sizes, quantity, branding, packaging and destination. It is valid for 10 days unless it says otherwise. Prices are in US dollars on the Incoterm stated in the quote.
A quote is not a contract. We start production after you approve the sample and we receive your advance payment.

How do samples work?
Our Alibaba listings charge for samples. Sample prices include US$20 for the cabretta golf glove, US$30 for the batting glove and US$40 for the leather boxing glove (as of October 2026). Other samples are quoted. The sample cost is not credited against the bulk order as standard; it depends on the order.
The sample you approve becomes the golden sample. We make and check your bulk order against it. If changes are needed, we make a new sample before bulk production.

What are the minimum order quantities?
Custom gloves start at 100 pairs per design. Sizes and colours can be mixed within those 100 pairs. Stock listings on Alibaba.com have their own minimums, stated on each listing. See MOQ, samples and lead times.

What are the payment terms?
50% advance before production and 50% before shipping. The quote states the payment details.

Which Incoterms apply?
Delivery terms follow the ICC's Incoterms 2020 rule named in the quote. We ship on FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP terms. The rule sets who pays for transport and who carries the risk. For example, under FOB the seller bears costs and risk until the goods are on board the buyer's ship (KVK summary of Incoterms 2020).
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility unless the quote says DDP.

What are the lead times?
Production takes about 29 days after you approve the sample. Shipping takes about 10 to 12 days by standard service or 5 to 7 days by express, depending on your country. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, unless agreed in writing.

Who owns the logos and designs?
Logos and designs you send stay yours. By sending us a logo, artwork, trademark, design or tech pack, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and to have us put it on gloves for you. You agree to cover our losses if a third party claims that your logo or design infringes their rights.
We do not make replicas of other brands' products or put other brands' logos on gloves.
We sign an NDA on request, and we never share client names or designs.

Who is responsible for compliance and labeling?
You decide where the gloves are sold and what is claimed about them. We print a safety standard or test code on a glove only when a test report exists for that model. Certificates and test reports are available on request.

How are quality claims handled?
You or an inspection company you appoint may check the goods before shipping. Send any claim for defects to [email protected] with photos and your order number. See quality control.
