What data do we collect?
We collect only what you send us and what Google Analytics records, with your consent where the law requires it.

The quote form is protected from spam by a hidden field that people do not see. It does not use a cookie.

Why do we use your data, and on what legal basis?
We use your data to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and run any order you place. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Article 6(1) requires a lawful basis, such as consent, a contract or steps before one, a legal obligation, or legitimate interests.

How does the WhatsApp link work?
Our "Chat on WhatsApp" link opens WhatsApp with our number. Nothing is sent until you press send. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. We may count clicks on the link in Google Analytics if you consent to analytics.

Do we use analytics and cookies?
Yes. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google consent mode v2. For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics starts switched off until you click Accept in our cookie banner. Everywhere, Google's advertising signals stay switched off.

Do we transfer data outside your country?
Yes. UMIRX is based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep inquiry and order data only as long as we need it to answer you, make your order and keep our business and tax records. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

What are your rights in the EU and UK?
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and rights related to automated decisions. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing must be as easy as giving it (GDPR Article 7(3)).
The EDPB says a controller must reply within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests if you are told within the first month. You can complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What are your rights in California?
If the CCPA applies to us, California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. The CCPA applies to businesses that meet at least one threshold, such as annual gross revenue of US$26.625 million or more (CPPA).

Our site is aimed at business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
