What are the steps from inquiry to delivery?
There are five steps, and nothing goes into bulk until you approve the sample. The table shows who does what.

What should I send with my first inquiry?
Send the glove type, quantity, logo file and destination country. A tech pack, a sketch or photos of a reference glove help us quote faster, and so do a target price and a required date.
Our quote form takes PDF, AI, PNG and SVG files.
We work from a tech pack, a sketch or a reference glove. In most cases there is no design fee once the advance is paid.

How much does a sample cost?
US$20 to US$40, depending on the style. Courier cost to your country comes with your quote.

How do I approve the sample, and what if it needs changes?
Check the sample in your hands, then tell us "approved" or list the changes. Look at fit, leather, stitching at the thumb and fingertips, padding, logo position and color.
If something is off, say exactly what to change, with photos if you can. Production starts only after you approve.
If the sample needs changes, we make a new sample before bulk.

How long does production take?
About 29 days after you approve the sample, for runs from 100 pairs per design. Shipping time comes on top and depends on your country and the shipping method.
Our leather glove lines make up to about 1,700 pairs a month. For a larger order, we plan the run with you in stages.
Standard shipping takes about 10–12 days and express shipping about 5–7 days, depending on the country.
Minimums and sample prices by style are on MOQ, samples and lead times.

How do you make sure the bulk matches my sample?
Production starts only after you approve the sample, and we make the bulk to that approved sample. Ask in your quote request which check points apply to your glove.
Third-party inspection is welcome, by your own agent or an inspection company.

How do you ship, and on which Incoterms?
We ship on FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP terms. We agree the term and the shipping method in your quote.

How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), L/C, D/P, D/A, PayPal, credit card, Western Union and MoneyGram. The payment method is agreed in your quote.
Payment is 50% in advance and 50% before shipping.

Is my payment protected if the order is wrong?
Compare the bulk with your approved sample, and send photos of any difference with your order number. We review it against that sample.
