What is the bulk order checked against?

It is checked against the sample you approved. You pay for a sample first, check it in your hands, and production starts only after you approve it.

How do you check gloves during production?

We make your bulk to the approved sample, on our own floor in Sialkot, where 51–100 people work across 10+ production lines. Ask in your quote request which check points apply to your glove.

What is a pre-shipment inspection, and how does AQL work?

A pre-shipment inspection is a check near the end of production, before goods ship (QIMA). Inspectors often sample the order using AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) levels from ISO 2859-1.

AQL is the maximum defect rate at which a sampled lot is still accepted (QualityInspection.org, citing ISO 2859-1). ISO 2859-1 edition 3 was published on January 22, 2026 (Standards Norway catalogue).

Third-party inspection is welcome, by your own agent or an inspection company.

What if the bulk does not match the sample?

Compare a few pairs from different cartons with your approved sample, and photograph any difference. Check size labels, leather feel, stitching at the thumb and fingertips, and logo position and color. Send the photos with your order number.
